Quick Description of the IT Solutions EDI Pseudo Printer (ITSEDIPP) The IT Solutions EDI Pseudo Printer is a Windows package which accepts a document printed to it, transforms it to an EDI message, and e-mails the message. The most immediate use for this is for small- to medium- sized companies to be able to send their purchase orders to their suppliers via EDI and e-mail cost-effectively and right now. The package is free software, under the terms of the GNU General Public License, see below. However, support can be obtained from the authoring company, "IT Solutions" GmbH; see below. The package contains program modules, documentation, six demos, and full source code. All of these parts can be found once the package is unzipped, see the INSTALL.TXT file. This version of ITSEDIPP, release 2.0 of 17 July 1996, is a refined working version of the program. The setup procedure is admittedly not as pretty as those of other finished, polished programs. Do not let this be a deterrent; the functional capability of the package is rich and more than sufficient for a full and stable performance of the task at hand. Please register your interest in and use of the package at the e-mail address below. This will enable us to keep you informed of developments. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "IT Solutions" ITS Information Technology Solutions GmbH Untere Grasstr. 10 D - 81541 Munich Germany Phone: +49 (89) 69708525 E-Mail: walkerj at compuserve dot com -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Copyright (C) 1996, ITS Information Technology Solutions GmbH.
